Dynamic Approach Corporate Training and Team Development

Frequently Asked Questions

The following frequently asked questions provide answers to the general inquires we get from new and potential clients. If you have a question that is not answered below, please contact us and we will be sure to get back to you.

Q. Can our team members physically address all the initiatives you offer?

A. Yes. As we outlined in a separate section on our website addressing 'physical commitment', our programs are made to fit our Clients - all of them. Our focus is not on aggressive outdoor training and does not necessarily involve the address of one's physical limitations at all. Rather, we frame challenging experiences that focus on meeting personal goals and team goals through taking risks, supporting others and taking on roles that contribute to the outcome.

Q. Can we use Dynamic Approach to run a session as part of our overall conference or meeting agenda?

A. Yes, we work from both angles. We build programs to fit in with existing agenda and ensure that they flow with your goals and focuses for that meeting. We also build programs and frame the logistics for you - from start to finish. This may include time for your team to meet and take care of your specific business as necessary.

Q. Are your 'Vital Skills' Training programs, including first aid, all certified programs?

A. Yes, all 3 from First Aid training to the 'Its Your Business' program are full certified courses. Participants and Corporations will be issued certification cards and/or other official documents on behalf of the certifying agencies upon completion.

Q. What type of businesses does Dynamic Approach work with?

A. Our clients come from all walks of business life, from the Hospitality and Retail industry to the Medical field, Financial field, Community Organizations and Tech-based areas.

We build the skills and relationships within teams that are necessary for success in your Industry, and within your specific business. Researching those needs together helps us to understand your business, and helps you understand the role that we play at Dynamic Approach.

Q. Can you explain your style of Facilitation…what makes it work so well?

A. Our style? Dynamic, flexible, empowering and skilled. We have some excellent facilitators with exceptional skills in various areas of business. They know how to make the transfer.

The facilitation teams are the absolute building block for our business. We feel success on the facilitator level is based on patience, experience, hard skill knowledge, soft skill expertise, a research-based mind, creativity and exceptional communication skills.

Q. Should we choose Level 1, 2 or 3 Training for our Experiential Team Development program?

A. You really don’t have to worry about that decision. When we meet and discuss your needs we will recommend an overall good fit for you. Then you can decide. It all comes together when we frame around your goals as an organization.

Often we build programs that include elements from all 3 levels of training.

Q. Can we run a Program just for fun, rather than having a specific agenda or goal in mind?

A. Sure. We often run programs for groups just as social, relationship-building events.

There are some great experiences on high ropes courses or on low ropes elements that will offer great options and a memorable challenge. Along with a barbecued lunch or evening bonfire, this type of event is a great experience.

Q. Would Dynamic Approach be considered a business consulting company?

A. We are a corporate training company, not a business consulting firm. Our approach, on different levels, puts Employees, Management teams and Leaders into situations that allow them to explore for themselves what is takes to succeed as a business team.

We offer guidance and coaching as necessary but empower employees and management teams to make commitments based on what they will learn about themselves and about each other in relation to their business. With effective boundaries set, facilitation and debriefing in place, we feel the most valuable and workable answers lie within the team.
