Safety is key and is stressed as the primary element in all programs,
including Level 3 Training.
Although the perceived risk can be high, the
actual risk is minimal, typically even less than Level 1 elements! Proper
training and supervision is enforced to ensure that even seemingly simple
tasks like walking through the woods is respected, controlled, and appropriately
addressed.
Safety equipment, spotting techniques, and the use of safety
facilitators are utilized in all initiatives to model an aggressive and
pro-active approach to Safety.
The potential reward to individuals and
teams in Level 3 Training is high, consistent with the level of 'perceived'
risk!
