Dynamic Approach Corporate Training and Team Development

Experiential Team Development

… Building Effective Work Teams

Experiential Team Development, Level 3 Training

In Level 3 Training, the same founding principals explored in Level 1 and 2 programs apply. Only, now the bar is raised. Teams that illustrate effective team process in simple multi-task initiatives are ready to face more complex challenges; ones in which both the risk and potential rewards are increased.

We have developed many different Level 3 Programs… here are a few examples to give you some idea:

  • Level 3 initiatives of past include Search and Rescue Simulations. Here we train group members in simple rescue techniques and then facilitate an actual search and recovery of a missing team member who we have literally placed in the woods, in the river, under a bridge or buried in the snow!

  • Another Level 3 Program utilizes the thrill of a 40-foot High Ropes Course that involves some aggressive high course elements, all of which offer various levels of risk and challenge options. This is a very powerful and memorable experience used in both team and individual development.

  • Another, a Channel Crossing, involves an initiative in which teams build either a raft or bridge that is used to cross a River, literally. The activity itself might metaphorically symbolize a team 'bringing their product to market', or 'capturing certain resources needed to meet business objectives', and so on.

  • "Meeting Heights", another great initiative, involves wall climbing or pole climbing, with objectives that call for accuracy in goal setting, team support and risk management. Effectively addressing these areas is a prerequisite to reaping the potential benefits that await above.

Again, teams are given the tools and knowledge necessary to safely address challenges in this area!

Meeting Heights is a powerful initiative. The effects surely remain with teams and individuals for a long time. It is one that can really develop and strong sense of respect for other and a respect for individual contributions to the Team.
